Purple Basil
A Deep purple basil that can carry notes of anis-like flavor in its undertones.
Genovese Basil
These dark green leaves are slightly cupped and have been known to be a balance of both sweet & peppery.






Thai Basil
A smaller leaf, with big flavor this basil is accompanied by big anis-like flavor.

Feathery and fragrant, dill has a bold freshness that permeates the air around it.



Green Onion
A bunching variety of onion that has delicate yet delicious onion flavor that varies from root to tip.
Garlic Chives
Similar to green onion tops in their culinary use but with garlic flavor.






Rosemary
Medicinal and aromatic; described as having a scent that is like an herbal evergreen.
Bulb Fennel
Delicious, and crisp, with a subtle sweetness that has a licorice-like flavor.






Leaf Fennel
Young leaves have a slightly less pungent licorice-like flavor, that intensifies as the feathery-like leaves mature.

Small delicate leaves that are often confused with parsley by their appearance, but have the recognizable aroma/ flavor of cilantro.
