A focused and dedicated leader with the passion and energy to motivate us to keep our gaze onward & upward. We thrive where the traditions of his family join ours...this is the legacy of his hands

Yoni is one of the few of us that is not family by blood but we have worked for many years for some of the same farms and farm owners, lived in the same town, shared food, laughter and now a dream, so for us we are family.
...for us we are family...

"Jonny"
Yoni is both quiet and yet somehow boisterous, and although he is often quietly focused on the land he is tending to and each plant within it, at any given moment when he does pull his attention away from his stewardship his sense of humor bellows through the farm and although he emits the poise of a seasoned and lifelong farmer he carries the energy and optimism of a child.

I have rarely seen Yoni without pep in his step: when he walks he skips, when he laughs he roars, and when he dedicates himself to the maintaining of even the most delicate of plant life he moves with care and precision.
I have also never seen him rush his work, and even if tedious, he devotes the time needed to each plant, and although he seems to have the energy to tend to a million plants he seems to be present with each one...

...he devotes the time needed to each plant...
His knowledge is vast, and when I asked him once, when he first became a land steward, after a few moments in thought he responded,"I just alway have been"; land stewardship has just been a way of life, and from the moment he could follow behind those that came before him, he too, was doing as they did and tending to both land and animal. He has since maintained and grown that knowledge with a particular dedication and interest in organic farming.
Yoni leads by way of action, day-in and day-out he is an example of the delicacy and dedication we want our land stewardship to embody and teach on our farm.
...the delicacy and dedication we want our land stewardship to embody...
