Milk & Orange juice are often what we associate with Vitamin D rich beverages
So Why!?
Is that NOT the case with our farm fresh milk, which comes straight from our cows each morning, or our fresh picked & squeezed orange juice, if fresh is usually the better option?

Although, in our eyes, fresh is always best, it is important to note that in the US milk and orang juice are often fortified with Vitamin D. Which means it is added to make Vitamin D more accessible in our daily diets, and so it is not naturally abundant in either of those beverages. That being said, it is important to us that you know what fresh, all natural products like ours can and can NOT do for you!
