Harvest

Clover Microgreens can be cut anywhere just above the rim of the cup. Please enjoy them before the true leaves have fully formed. What is a true leaf? In this case it is the third leaf that will grow out from between those first two tender little leaves called cotyledons, which are the first 2 leaves that form upon exiting the seed.

Flavor

Clover Microgreens have a mild flavor classified as sweet and nutty. Their leaves although small are especially fresh, crisp and crunchy.
