Mustard Microgreens boast beautiful light green (Wasabi/ Green) or subtly purple leaves (Mizuna) all with delicate white stems and are generally enjoyed raw as their delicate nature doesn't hold up well to cooking.

Harvest

Mustard Microgreens can be cut anywhere just above the rim of the cup and can be enjoyed even once the true leaves have formed.

Flavor

Mustard Microgreens taste like a mild version of their mature counter part. Wasabi having the most pungent and recognizable spice/flavor; Green Mustard has a slightly more mild mustard spice/flavor; and the Mizuna is the most mild of the 3 having subtle mustard flavor with almost no spice.
